Our main depot, reception, and registration area are located in Newton at Unit 1 – 13478 78th Avenue, Surrey, BC. Alternate distribution locations are also available and listed in the sections below. Explore the information here for details on registration, pick-up schedules, and additional services.

How Our Services Work

At the Surrey Food Bank, we strive to make accessing food support simple and reliable. Here’s how it works:

  1. Register First: New clients must register by appointment before accessing food hampers.

  2. Biweekly Pick-Up Days: Once registered, you’ll be assigned a biweekly pick-up day to collect your food hampers.

  3. Missed Pick-Ups: If you miss your scheduled day, you can pick up food the following day (except Wednesdays). Your biweekly schedule will reset to that day.

  4. Early Pick-Ups: You’re allowed one early pick-up every six months, provided seven days have passed since your last pick-up.

  5. Updates: All clients must update their registration every six months.
